Grimwades LTD. is an English manufacturer of Earthenware, Majolica and Jet. The company was established at about 1900 and is still working. By the name 'Royal Winton', written on your pieces, I can guess your pieces are quite new. This name was used from 1995 on.
I found many different pieces for sale on different online antique shops/auctions.

I would certainly disagree with 1995 dating, suggest it to be mid 20th century

Hi Fielden and welcome aboard. What makes you so sure about mid 20's? I'd like to learn as much as I can.

It would be good to see the stamp itself? and what is it exactly you have re pattern etc?; i think this is much earlier than 1995; prob 1950 ish; i may be interested but am just new at this though have started doing research into stamps, giving rough estimate of dates.

You need to look at the stamps; they vary depending on when it was made.

I agree, you'd need to check the manufacturer marks. I think I made a mistake by referring to the "royal" in the name which was added after 1995. The name was "Grimwades LTD" between 1900-1995.

This site has information about the stamping. "Royal Ivory" is a name that can date back a fair ways, but it depends on the stamp. I have a Grimwades Royal Ivory plate that has a stamp from the 1920's - 1930's according to this. It may help a bit.

don't agree with your date of 1995, I have a couple of pieces which have been in my family for years. I remember as a child, Mom using these pieces. that's in the 1960's

Picture of the mark may help solve the mystery

Which pieces do you have? Are there flowers in the pattern? What color etc?
By the way, the marque on that registry number is from WWI according to another site.

Hi, I have a trio and four different sized plates, they were made between 1920-1930 and are called Ye Fruitful Tree, well mine are anyway. I am trying to find more about them and have contacted Royal Winton. If I find anything out I shall post on here!

Royal Winton, unable to help, the Reg No applies to patenting and not a particular pattern....sorry

Hi
I actually wasn't looking to sell my pieces but acquire some additional ones. I have the sweet pea pattern in shades of purple. I was also trying to get more information about the pattern, it seems quite rare in the US. Thank you for writing though.

The part of the name Grimwades places the pattern much earlier than 1995!

Hi
Does it have the purple flower, in the middle of each piece with partially scalloped plate edges?
Are you wanting to sell some pieces?
