your request is lacking a few fundamentals aiding us to make a proper response. Without further information, I would say at the most this note is worth 1.5*FV = face value. To help determining value we need,
1) Note condition, also in determining the condition, kinda good and looks great are not considered valid descriptions.
2) Is it Circulated?
3) What color seal?
4) Are there pin holes?
5) could you post a picture of it?

Haleiwahi is right please post more information regarding your 1937 $1. Just like what was mentioned to the other guest who ask the same question.

If you can post a picture of your note that would be better.

Hi Kunzkid

It has no price value.

As you can see although the note is from 1937, it is in very very bad condition.

Collectors use a grading system to give the value to a specific note under certain conditions.

With the condition that your dollar is in, it would just a sort of conversational piece.

Hi there

Is that from the same year? The photo of the bill was taken far and I cannot clearly see it.

It's in very circulated condition with folds which will actually affect its value.

People... 99.99999% of "modern" paper money holds very little collector value unless it is very high grade like it just came from the mint or it has a unique or humorous sequenced serial number. If you can see anything less than perfection on a modern note with the exception of print errors expect it's value to be not much above face
