With the limited amount of information you posted, I cannot determine what you have or what it would be worth. Is there any reason you cannot post a picture of it and/or give a more detailed description of it?

Also, if you choose to log back in with additional information, would you please log in with a name? It's always challenging to do research for an unknown audience.

But, the Sacagawea Golden Dollar, (obverse designed by Glenna Goodacre), was first issued in 2000 as a replacement for the ill-received Susan B. Anthony dollar coin. The Sacagawea coin depicts the young Shoshone woman with her infant son, Jean-Baptiste, slung on her back. Goodacre's primary model for the coin was Randy'L Teton, a 22-year old Idaho Shoshone woman living in New Mexico at the time.

I am unfamiliar with any of the Sacagawea coins issued without a date or with only the shoshone Tribe name on it. This is why a picture would come in handy in case I mis-understood your description of the coin.

I believe I may have the same coin. 1" diameter coin with "SACAJEWEA",who is facing left, has two solid braids, a headband with two feathers at a low downward angle. This was purchased with a set of 12 more matching copper colored coins with failing gold plating.
on the reverse, a peace pipe with feather, and "THE SHOSHONE TRIBE". Teeney Copyright "C" in a circle, followed bt the letters F M.Some of the other coins have a teeney "CORNELL", by the primary image.
I would love to know more.

The other 12 are: FRONT / BACK
CRAZY HORSE / THE OGALALA SIOUX TRIBE
WILD BILL HICKOCK / MARSHAL ABILENE
SITTING BULL / THE SIOUX TRIBE
GERONIMO / THE APACHE TRIBE
BUFFALO BILL CODY / (pic of buffalo)
KIT CARSON / (pic backpack) K C
BAT MASTERSON / (pic bolo hat and cane)
BLACK HAWK / THE SAUK TRIBE
WILLIAM CLARK / (pic surveyors equip)
WYATT EARP / U S DEPUTY MARSHAL
MERIWEATHER LEWIS / (pic compass)
CHIEF JOSEPH / THE NEZ PIERCE TRIBE

All appear to be 75-100 years old
